Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and our other supported countries.

Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery: usually 7 to 12 business days after processing. Some orders can take longer during busy periods or because of customs.

Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your order includes more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Travelling soon? Please order at least 2 weeks before you leave. If your trip is close, email support@geteasymiles.com before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's likely to arrive in time.

Lost or late orders: if your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll resend or refund it.
