The 30-day Whole-Trip Guarantee

Take it on your trip. Walk the streets, do the excursion, climb the stairs. If it doesn't make your walking days more comfortable, email support@geteasymiles.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund.

How it works

1. Email us with your order number and a quick note on what didn't work.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps. In some cases we may ask you to send the item back, and we'll give you the return details.
3. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

These terms don't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
