Will it slide down like my other sleeves?

It's made not to. A soft silicone grip band inside the cuff helps it stay where you put it while you walk. The other half is fit: a sleeve that's too big will move, so check the size guide on the product page, and if you're between sizes, go up.

What size should I get?

Measure around your thigh, about 14 cm (5.5 in) above the top of your kneecap: S 28–34 cm, M 34–42 cm, L 42–48 cm, XL 48–52 cm. Between sizes? Choose the larger one. Over 52 cm? It won't fit well yet, so please email us before ordering.

Will it bunch up behind my knee?

The right size is the best way to avoid it. If it gathers behind your knee when you sit, it may be too big or pulled up too high. Email support@geteasymiles.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Will it be hot or itchy?

It's a breathable knit made for wearing all day. The grip band is soft silicone. If your skin is sensitive, give your knee a break every few hours and take it off at night.

Is it hard to put on?

Sit down, point your toes and pull it on like a long sock, then line the ring up around your kneecap. If the grip band catches, fold the top down, pull the sleeve into place, then roll the top back up.

Can I wear it under trousers?

Yes. It's slim and black, so it sits under most trousers and jeans.

Should I get two?

If both knees get stiff or achy on long days, yes. Your "good" knee works harder all day too. The pair saves you 30%, and you can choose a different size for each knee.

Buying for Mum or Dad?

How long does delivery take?
